Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 July 2026
These terms apply when you enquire about or purchase services from LT Innovations, operated by Lewis Taylor (“I”, “me”). By booking work or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
Services
I provide IT support, WiFi and network installation, laptop/PC setup, cybersecurity guidance, websites and software setup, AI automation, managed support, and related services for homes and small businesses, primarily across Bedfordshire.
Quotes & pricing
Indicative prices on the website are guides only. Work proceeds on a written or emailed quote you accept. Fixed-price quotes cover the agreed scope; additional work will be quoted separately before it starts where practical.
Appointments
Please provide accurate access and contact details for on-site visits. If you need to cancel or reschedule, give as much notice as possible. Repeated no-shows may result in a reasonable call-out fee being charged.
Your responsibilities
- Provide truthful information about devices, networks, and access
- Keep backups of important data where possible before major changes
- Ensure you have licences/rights for software you ask me to install
- Do not ask me to bypass security, licensing, or legal restrictions
Data & confidentiality
I treat customer information confidentially and handle personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for your own passwords and for notifying me promptly of security concerns related to systems I manage for you.
Limitation of liability
I take reasonable care when providing services. Except where liability cannot be limited by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits or data) arising from use of the website or services. For paid work, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
Website content
Website content is for general information. It is not a substitute for a tailored assessment of your systems. Third-party tools (Calendly, WhatsApp, Google Maps, analytics) are governed by their own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
